Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned wool products, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
